NOTICE OF SHOW CAUSE HEARING is scheduled for 2:30 pm, January 9th, 2024, at Antrim County Building, 2nd floor, Board of Commissioners Room, 203 E Cayuga St, Bellaire MI 49615. You may appear in person, through an agent, in writing or by calling (231) 533-6720. Appearance at the Show Cause Hearing is not required to protect your rights at the Judicial Foreclosure Hearing.

Any person with an interest in the property forfeited to the County Treasurer may appear at the show cause hearing and show cause why absolute title to that property should not vest in the Foreclosing Governmental Unit. 

NOTICE OF JUDICIAL FORECLOSURE HEARING is scheduled for 8:30 AM, February 12, 2024, at VIA Zoom ID #729-034-2195. All hearings will be conducted via Zoom. Please call the 13th Circuit Court at (231) 922-4701 at least 2 days prior to your scheduled hearing to confirm. The court docket number is 23-9350-CH. If you wish to contest the foreclosure of this property, you must file written objection with the Circuit Court Clerk and serve the objection to the Antrim County Treasurer at P.O. Box 544, Belliare MI 49615. You may then attend the circuit court hearing to appeal to the court with your objection.
