Free Camping & Clean Up Weekend

Our fourth annual free camping weekend will be hosted at Barnes Park Campground May 17th - 19th!

* Please note that only electrical hookups and out-house restrooms will be available, the water fill station and modern restrooms will be closed. 

Rules for the event:

You may select any campsite you like and set up on a first come first serve basis starting on Friday at 8am. You may stay overnight on the 17th and 18th.  We only ask that you bring a rake and your smile to help us with spring clean up at the campsite you occupy. There will be no sign up or reservations for the event, so please plan accordingly.

The goal of this volunteer event is to get the park ready for summer! Any trash collected can be deposited into the dumpsters at the front of the park. Please return natural foliage back to nature as our staff will only be collecting large branches or large pieces of trash using our equipment.
