Senior Center Hall Rental

The Bellaire Senior Center provides you the opportunity to rent out the hall for wedding receptions, birthday parties, baby showers, etc. In order to reserve the hall, you must contact the Commission on Aging and fill out a rental agreement. Along with the agreement, a minimum 50% of the rental fee, along with the full security deposit is due upon reservation. The remaining balance is due one business day prior to your rental date when you come to pick up the keys. Below is the current rates for renting of our hall. No alcohol is allowed.

Residents of Kearney or Forest Home Township:
Sunday through Thursday rental (afternoon or evening) $100.00
Friday or Saturday (afternoon or evening)  $200.00

 

Non-residents:
Sunday through Thursday (afternoon or evening) $150.00
Friday or Saturday (afternoon or evening) $300.00


Security deposit is $75 in addition to the rental costs. $60 of that fee will be returned to the Lessee after the rental, provided the premises have been cleaned and no damage is evident.
