Annual Reports

Public Act 156 of 1851 confers on county Board of Commissioners the power to "require a county officer whose salary or compensation is paid by the County to make a report under oath to the County Board of Commissioners on a subject connected with the duties of that office." To that end, the Antrim County Board of Commissioners adopts a resolution at their annual organizational meeting that outlines which county offices they require present a report of the previous year's activities by July of the current year. Annual reports for those individual offices can be found on the respective department's page.

Additionally, the Board of Commissioners also require partnering agencies who are either contractually obligated or receive appropriations to make annual reports in person at a meeting of the Board. Those agencies include:

  • Michigan State University Extension
  • Glacial Hills Natural Area & Pathway
  • Antrim County Community Collaborative
  • Antrim County Road Commission
  • Health Department of Northwest Michigan
  • 13th Circuit Court
  • 86th District Court
  • Area Agency on Aging of Northwest Michigan
  • Conservation Resourse Alliance
  • Department of Health & Human Services
  • Networks Northwest
  • Talking Book Library
  • Watershed Center
