1. Meeting called to order at 8:45 a.m. by Bernie Blackmore. |

2. Timber Cutting Bid Opening – County Property at Alba Rd and M-66 |
|||||||||||||||||

Bernie Blackmore opened the bids for timber cutting at the above County property. The results were: |

|

|
|
Mike Meriwether noted that in this instance, there is no reason to accept any bid other than the highest one. |
||||||||||||||||
|
|
Motion by Gene Dawson seconded by Joe Allen, to recommend the Board of Commissioners to award the timber cutting contract at the County forest at Alba Rd and M66 to Silverleaf Sawmill for a bid price of $34,795. Motion carried – Unanimous. |

|
Mike Meriwether introduced the proposed Surface Damage Assessment for the proposed drilling activity on County Forest Land at Section 24, Echo Township. He estimates surface damages of $10,331, and will require a change in the flowline. |

Motion by Joe Allen seconded by Gene Dawson, to approve the surface damage assessment prepared by Mike Meriwether for the drilling and flowline construction at the county forest at Section 24, Echo Township. Motion carried – Unanimous. |
