Members Present:		Richard Diebold, Allyn Wright, Tom Lane, Peter Garwood, Sherry Comben, and Bob Peterson
Members Absent:		Robert Atkinson, Jerome Simowski, and Laura Stanek

1.         Call to Order
	Meeting called to order at 9:34 a.m.
2.         Election of Officers
	Motion by Tom Lane, seconded by Bob Peterson, to nominate the 2003 slate of officers for 2004 positions, and cast a unanimous ballot for the slate.  Motion carried – Unanimous.
2.         Approval of Minutes
	Motion by Pete Garwood, seconded by Bob Peterson, to approve the minutes of the meeting of May 7, 2003.  Motion carried – Unanimous.
