1.        Meeting called to order at 8:35 a.m.

2.        1905 Courthouse Dome Repair

 

The Committee reviewed three bids for repairs at the 1905 Courthouse dome area, caused by the clock weights falling through the ceiling.

 

Bids were received from:

]            Artec Interiors, Inc.                                           $   7,875.00                             

]            Jordan Construction Services, Inc.                         $ 15,451.20

]            Ritsema Associates                                            $   9,960.00

 

Chess Construction was contacted but declined to bid on the project.

 

Motion by Larry Bargy, supported by Gene Dawson, to recommend the Board of Commissioners approve the bid from Artec Interiors, Inc. for the amount of $7,875.00 (attachment).  Motion carried – unanimous.
