Chairman
Mike Crawford requested each department head to state their needs and
proposals for space changes to their office.
Each of the department heads presented their requests. The Committee indicated to the department
heads they were going to take all the requests into consideration, conduct a
site visit to the various offices and draw up plans for office space changes. |

The
Committee took a tour of the office space on the first floor. The Committee also visited the file storage
facility and the maintenance garage. |
