Human Services

The Human Services Committee discusses and makes recommendations to the County Board of Commissioners on operational and policy matters concerning the County's long-term care facility, the County senior apartments, mental health, veterans' affairs, social services, and services to senior citizens. They exercise budgetary and/or operational oversight to the activities of the MeadowBrook and MeadowView facilities, the FIA, Area Agency on Aging, Commission on Aging, and the Child Care Fund.

Meeting Date:		The last Thursday of the months of January, April, July, and October
Time and Location:		9:00 a.m. – Room 211 (County Bldg, 203 E. Cayuga Street, Bellaire)
