Antrim County is seeking bids for a Liebert DataMate Air Conditioner unit, Model #DME020E-PC3. All bids must include the cost of equipment and installation. Antrim County will accept bids on any alternate system with the same features and capabilities as the Liebert. Specifications may be picked up at the Coordinator/Planner Office at the Antrim County Building, 203 E. Cayuga, Bellaire, Michigan.

Bids must be sealed and marked “Air Conditioner Unit” and will be received until 4:00 p.m., Friday, May 2, 2008 at the office of the Antrim County Clerks Office, County Building, Room 101, P. O. Box 520, Bellaire, MI 49615.

Bid opening is scheduled for Monday, at 10:00 a.m. on May 5, 2008 at the Finance Committee meeting, Antrim County Building, 1st Floor Conference Room, Bellaire, Michigan. The meeting begins at 9:00 a.m.

The Antrim County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities.
