This proposal is for a reauthorization of millage which expired with the 2009 tax levy.

Shall the limitation on the total amount of taxes which may be assessed against all property, except principal residence and other property exempted by law, situated within the Mancelona Public School, Antrim and Kalkaska Counties, Michigan, be increased as provided in the Michigan Constitution, in the amount of 18.00 mills ($18.00 for each $1,000 of taxable valuation) for a period of three (3) years, from 2010 through 2012, inclusive, to be used for general operating purposes and shall the Mancelona Public School be authorized to levy the increase in millage for this purpose, thereby raising an estimated $3,255,643 in 2010?
