Important Voter Information for All 2008 and All Elections in Following Years
All voters when applying to vote will be requested to show a picture identification. If the voter does not have a picture ID readily available (left it home or in the car or does not possess one, he/she will be requested to complete and sign an affidavit indicating he/she is not in possession of a picture ID but wish to vote. If the voter does not have a picture ID AND refuses to sign the affidavit, he/she will not be allowed to vote.
