CLARITY HEARING

Chairman Norman Hayes called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.

Present: Probate Judge Norman Hayes, County Treasurer Sherry Comben
County Clerk Laura Sexton
Absent: None.

Chairman Hayes informed that the Clarity Hearing was on recall petition wording naming Walter Russell, Central Lake Village President, as the individual to be recalled. He also explained the purpose of the Clarity Hearing.

Clerk Sexton read the wording on the submitted recall petition.

The Chairman called for Public Comment. There was none.

It was moved by Sexton, seconded by Comben the wording on a recall petition naming Walter Russell, Central Lake Village President, as the individual to be recalled be declared clear. Motion carried as follows: Yes – Comben, Sexton, Hayes; No – None; Absent – None.

The meeting adjourned at 8:40 a.m.
