Shall the limitation on the amount of taxes which may be imposed on taxable property in Antrim County, Michigan, be increased by up to 1 mill (1.0) ($1.00 per thousand dollars of taxable value) for a period of twenty (20) years, 2010 to 2029 inclusive, as new additional millage to provide funds for the purpose of paying the cost of acquiring, constructing, furnishing and equipping, additions, renovations and improvements to the Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility, including all related site improvements, appurtenances and attachments, together with paying the costs of operating Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility? It is estimated that 1 mill would raise approximately $1,709,665 when first levied in 2010.

Proposal to Renew Road Millage
This proposal renews the 1 mill road millage previously approved by the electors that expired after the December, 2009 levy.

Shall the limitation on the amount of ad valorem taxes which may be levied by the Township of Banks, Antrim County, Michigan, against taxable property in the Township be increased by up to 1 mill ($1.00 per $1,000 of taxable value) for a period of two (2) years, 2010 through 2011, inclusive, for the purpose of providing funds for road construction and maintenance, and shall the Township levy such millage for these purposes? If approved and levied in its entirety, this millage would raise an estimated $85,342 for the Township in 2010.

Road Maintenance Proposal
This proposal would permit Warner Township to levy a renewal of a current 1.5 mills for the improvement, repair and maintenance of township roads.

Shall the 15 mill tax limitation on general ad valorem taxes within Warner Township, Antrim County, Michigan imposed under Article IX, Section 6, of the Michigan Constitution, be renewed for said Township by 1.5 mills ($1.50 per $1,000 of taxable value) for a period of four years; 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 inclusive, for the improvement, repair, and maintenance of established roads located within the township; and shall the Township levy such increase in millage for such purpose during such period, which increase will raise the first year of such levy an estimated $31,000.
