| 1. | Who cut down the willows along the river? | | 2. | The care of existing trees | | 3. | As they are planted now they are a vision obstruction. | | 4. | Remove old ugly-looking trees and plant more. Plan to plant before they get so bad -- put in a small tree next to one that is looking bad several years before it has to be removed.
