1.Who cut down the willows along the river?
2.The care of existing trees
3.As they are planted now they are a vision obstruction.
4.Remove old ugly-looking trees and plant more. Plan to plant before they get so bad -- put in a small tree next to one that is looking bad several years before it has to be removed. Sidewalks & tree lined streets --- great.
5.Council should renegotiate utility right-of-way authority with Consumers Energy or there won't be any trees in the future.
