1.Only in specific areas with citizen input
2.Should be allowed but regulated.

6.Does 'develop regulations' mean you people think that there should be guest houses and garage apartments? REGULATION #1: Detached apartments rentable by Special Use and owner must reside on the property. If he leaves, so does the Special Use. What do you think `Single Family Residential Zone' means?
7.Don't permit guest houses and garage apartments in residential areas. Zone, or re-zone, to multi family or commercial.
