1.	NO!
2.	This is not Vegas! No abominations in Elk Rapids!
3.	Please don't let every single open corner be lost to development. No more cheaply erected condos!
4.	We have enough white elephants approved by the Village!
5.	Please --- no more condos on the Bay or lake!
6.	Let's try to retain some of our sleepy little town feeling. Bigger is not always better. NO more condo developments like Harbors Watch at the corner of Ames and 31. It is oppressive and so unnecessary.
7.	No more condos! The new ones are an eyesore! They are not helping to maintain a small-town atmosphere. Look at what is happening to Traverse City. Condos everywhere and no open water. What a shame.
