Minutes

Members Present:               Gene Dawson, Jim Palmer, Brad Kik, Jill Barnard, and Mike McPherson

Members Absent:               Bill Gadwau, Leonard Klein, and Bob Peterson

Staff Present:                     Joe Meyers

Others Present:

I.          Mike McPherson called the meeting to order at 3:10 p.m.

II.          Public Comment

              None. 

III.        Approval of Minutes

            Motion by Jill Barnard, supported by Jim Palmer, to approve the minutes from the

            April 23, 2007 meeting as written.  Motion carried — unanimous.

IV.         Recycling

            Discussion ensued over the recycling program and the Committee spoke on the progress we

             have made.

            The Committee discussed the next steps if PA 138 were not to be successful.

V.         Member Comment

            None.
