Minutes
Members Present:			Gene Dawson, Sue Reck, Leonard Klein, Mike Domsic, Bob Peterson (entered the meeting @3:35), Bill Gadwau, Jim Palmer, Mike McPherson, and Brad Kik
Members Absent:			None.
Staff Present:			Joe Meyers
Others Present:			Jack White
1.         Call to Order
	Mike Domsic called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
2.         Public Comment
	None.
3.         Approval of Minutes
	Motion by Gene Dawson, supported by Bill Gadwau, to approve the minutes from the June 22, 2009 meeting as written.  Motion carried – unanimous.
4.         Recycling Program
		Joe Meyers went over the recycling program bid and locations.  The Committee read the proposal (attached).  The Committee went through the proposal page by page to see if there were any questions regarding the proposal. The Committee seemed to not have any issues with the proposals and the Coordinator/Planners Office indicated that they would make the changes that they would like to see.

		None.
6.       Member Comment
	Sue Reck apologized for being misquoted in the Antrim review.
