Minutes
Members Present:			Raelene Reilly, Leonard Klein, Bob Peterson, Bill Gadwau, Brad Kik, Jill Barnard, and Mike McPherson
Members Absent:			Gene Dawson, Bill Gadwau, and Jim Palmer
Staff Present:			Joe Meyers
Others Present:			Christy Roman and Erin Early
I.          Call to Order
		Bob Peterson called the meeting to order at 3:10 p.m.
II.        Public Comment
		None.
III.       Approval of Minutes
		Motion by Leonard Klein, supported by Jill Barnard, to approve the minutes from the April 23, 2007 meeting as amended.  Motion carried – unanimous.
IV.       Household Hazardous Waste
	Christy Roman informed the Council of the progress of the Household Hazardous Waste Days and handed out the flyer.  She also indicated that they had started taking reservations.  Christy also spoke on the different ways they were going to advertise for the different days.
V.       Recycling
		Discussion ensued over the recycling program and the different funding mechanisms.  Raelene spoke on the different groups of people and what they are doing to support the system.  Motion by Jill Barnard, supported by Raelene Reilly, to spend up to $200.00 to have stickers printed out from the Resource Recovery printing and publishing budget.  Motion carried – unanimous.
