I.          Call to Order
	Bob Peterson called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m.
II.        Public Comment
	None
III.       Approval of Minutes
	Motion by Bill Gadwau, supported by Gene Dawson, to approve the minutes from the February 26, 2007 meeting as presented.  Motion carried – unanimous.
IV.       Recycling
	Discussion ensued over the recycling program and the townships that are going to get a presentation.
V.       Member Comment
	None.
