Minutes

Members Present:

Heidi Lang, Jim Gurr, Alan Martel, and Barb Bradford

 

Members Absent:

Pepper Bromelmeier, Stan Moore, Mark Stone, John Peal and Steve Drenth

 

Staff Present:

Joe Meyers and Charlie Koop

 

Public Present:

Al Luurtsema

Al Martel called the meeting to order at 4:50 p.m.

 

Discussion ensued over the ordinance. 

 

Discussion further ensued over Charlie’s comments, questions and the term regulated wetland. 

 

Charlie addressed the issues the Committee had and indicated that he would look into those he could not answer.

 

Discussion ensued over how the ordinance would be interpreted in a community with zoning vs. a community without zoning. 

 

The Committee indicated that they would like to meet in early August.

 

Jim Gurr spoke on the process of the ordinance.

 

Al Martel complimented the Committee on all of their hard work.
