Alan Martel called the meeting to order at 4:45 p.m. |

Public Comment None.
Minutes Motion by John Peal, supported by Heidi Lang, to approve the December 12, 2006 minutes as presented. Motion carried – unanimous.
Soil Erosion Ordinance The Committee further discussed the comments on the ordinance, prepared by Alan Martel, to make a complete list for legal Counsel.
The Committee started at section 2-101.
Discussion ensued over the definition of Environmentally Sensitive Sites. The Committee agreed that they should “hold off” on defining this definition until we could see how and where it is used throughout the ordinance.
The Committee ended the review in section 3-201.
