Alan Martel called the meeting to order at 7:07 p.m. |

Minutes Motion by Jim Gurr, supported by Heidi Lang, to approve the December 4, 2006 minutes as presented. Motion carried – unanimous.
Soil Erosion Ordinance The Committee discussed the comments on the ordinance changes as prepared by Alan Martel to make any final decisions to be sent to legal Counsel.
The Committee started at section 1-100. They jumped to the appeals board section 14 to discuss the set up of an appeals board.
The Committee ended the review in section 2, bullet Y.
