Alan Martel called the meeting to order at 7:07 p.m. |

Public Comment None.
Minutes Motion by Barb Bradford, supported by Heidi Lang, to approve the November 28, 2006 minutes as amended. Motion carried – unanimous.
Soil Erosion Ordinance The Committee discussed the ordinance starting at section 14-101.
Discussion ensued over who could call a board of appeals meeting and also if people filing a complaint are public record. The Committee directed Joe Meyers to check with Legal Counsel.
Lengthy discussion ensued over the setup of the appeals board. Joe informed the Committee that everyone appointed to the board needed to be certified as a Soil Erosion officer.
The Committee finished the initial review of the ordinance. The next meeting will be to go through their changes to finalize a list for Legal Counsel.
