Members Present:	Heidi Lang, Steve Drenth, Jim Gurr, Alan Martel, Mark Stone, Barb Bradford, and John Peal
Members Absent:	Pepper Bromelmeier and Stan Moore
Staff Present:	Joe Meyers
Public Present:	None.
Alan Martel called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
Public Comment None. Soil Erosion Ordinance The Committee discussed the changes that they have discussed since the creation of the Sub-committee. The Committee discussed the ordinance starting at section ten. Discussion ensued over irrevocable letters of credit and whether or not that should be required and if so should criteria be created for them.  The Committee asked who approves forms used by the Soil Erosion Officer.  Joe Meyers indicated that he would check into that for the next meeting. Discussion ensued over cease and desist orders.  They agreed that this section should be placed in section 13. The Committee stopped at section 13-304 Minutes Motion Barb Bradford, supported by John Peal, to approve the October 30, 2006 minutes as amended.  Motion carried – unanimous.  Meeting adjourned at 9:12 p.m.
The next meeting will be at the Antrim County Board of Commissioners Room on Wednesday, November 28, 2006 at 7:00 p.m.
