Al Martel called the meeting to order at 7:08 p.m. |

Public Comment None.
Minutes The Committee reviewed and approved the minutes of October 11, 2006.
Soil Erosion Ordinance The Committee continued review of the ordinance starting with Section 6-101.
The Committee also reviewed and discussed a letter from Heidi Lang.
The Committee also discussed the usage of one acre of disturbance to require a soil erosion permit.
After thoroughly reviewing Heidi’s notes, the committee decided to discuss some of the changes with her before changing anything.
The Committee discussed and indicated that they would like to replace sections 6.500 thru 6.502 with state law.
John Peal indicated that he received a letter from Rob Crandall, from Double D Excavating, stating that he is against an ordinance making the rules more restrictive but for an ordinance to help explain the law more accurately.
