Heidi Lang called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. |

Public Comment
Bill Lanco of Torch Lake Township spoke on the cost to enforce the ordinance, the rights of the property owners, and assessments of wetlands.
Beverley Lanco spoke on wetlands and questioned the definition of what a wetland is.
Barb spoke on the need for an ordinance.
Soil Erosion, Sedimentation and Stormwater Control Ordinance
Heidi Lang opened the committee for discussion of the ordinance.
The Committee continued review of the SESSC ordinance beginning with subsection 3-203.6 on page 10. The review ended on subsection 3-603 on page 11.
