Alan Martel called the meeting to order at 4:35 p.m. |

Public Comment None.
Minutes Motion by Heidi Lang, supported by Barb Bradford, to approve the December 20, 2006 minutes as presented. Motion carried – unanimous.
Soil Erosion Ordinance The Committee discussed the set up of the appeals board and our comments that we have made in previous meetings. The Committee came to consensus on the appeals board.
The Committee further discussed environmentally sensitive sites definition.
Notes regarding the changes being suggested from this committee are available in the Coordinator/Planner's Office.
