	1.        Meeting called to order at 9:00 a.m.
2.        Public Comment
None.
3.        Building Department Update
Bob Massey, Building Official joined the meeting. Mr. Massey gave a verbal and written monthly report to the Committee.
4.        Drain Commission
Mark Stone, Drain Commissioner joined the meeting. Mr. Stone informed the Committee of a communication received by the Bill Stockhausen from the DNR regarding operation of the hydro facility.
Mr. Stone and the Committee discussed the make up of an ad-hoc committee to address a report for the hydro facility that could be used for the FERC relicensing process.
Mr. Stone updated the Committee on the status of outfitting the Bellaire Dam for operation by a generator in case of emergencies.
5.        Building Department - Revisited
Motion by Joe Allen,  supported by Gene Dawson, to reduce the fee for bringing an issue before the Construction Appeals Board to $200, and if the Construction Appeals Board finds in favor of the contractor or homeowner the $200 will be refunded. Motion Carried – Unanimous.
