	1.        Meeting called to order at 10:05 a.m.
2.        Public Comment
None.
3.        Building Department Update
Bob Massey, Building Inspector joined the meeting and presented his monthly report.
Mr. Massey discussed the decline in inspections and staffing levels. Discussion took place regarding where cuts can be made.
Discussion took place regarding a contractor meeting. Mr. Massey indicated he thought it would be good to have one when the new building code comes out in print.
4.        Soil Erosion Permit Forms
Heidi Lang, Soil Erosion Control Officer joined the meeting. Ms. Lang invited the Committee to the Community Forum on the Injection Well in Alba.
Ms. Lang presented a draft copy of a proposed revision of the Soil Erosion Permit application.  The Committee thought it was a good draft, but indicated the name could be changed if and when the Stormwater, Sedimentation and Soil Erosion Ordinance gets adopted and becomes effective.
Motion by Gene Dawson, supported by Larry Bargy, to recommend the Board of Commissioners approve the draft Soil Erosion Control application form. Motion Carried – Unanimous.
