	1.        Meeting called to order at 10:00 a.m.
2.        Public Comment
None.
3.        Building Department Update
Bob Massey, Building Official joined the meeting and presented a monthly report.
Discussion took place regarding whether or not a Contractor should be charged for a permit for work on County buildings.  Bob Massey will check on post practice and report back at the next meeting.
4.        International Code Commission (ICC) Hearings
Mr. Massey informed the Committee that Antrim County has up to four voting positions that he can appoint as representatives to the ICC. He and Ron Wood, Plan Reviewer are currently appointed. There is the opportunity to appoint two more, possibly from the appeals board. The Committee indicated that they would not be opposed to appointing members from the appeals board as long as the appeals board members know the County will not be pay their expenses to attend the ICC conferences.
Mr. Massey requested direction from the Committee on various situations for issuing a violation (civil citation).
5.        Household Hazardous Waste Collection
Joe Meyers, Associate Planner, joined the meeting and presented a three year contract with the Antrim Conservation District (ACD) for the coordination of the HHW Collection Program for $5,000 per year.  In the past the contract has been for a one year period.
Motion by Gene Dawson, supported by Larry Bargy, to recommend the Board of Commissioners approve a three year contract with the ACD for the coordination of the Antrim County HHW Collection Program for $5,000 per year.  Motion Carried – Unanimous.
