	SPECIAL MEETING

	Members present:		Larry Bargy, Joe Allen and Gene Dawson

	1.        Meeting called to order at 3:00 p.m.
	2.        Public Comment
		None.
3.        Building Department Procedures - Invoice
The Committee discussed a bill that was sent to the County by Moore Plumbing and Heating.  Joe Allen, Chairman of the Committee, will discuss the invoice and associated issue with the Moore’s and report back.
4.        Construction Code Department Update
Bob Massey, Building Official, joined the meeting and presented a written department report. The financial part of the report indicated that the November income covers the November expenses.  Once the expenses come in for December, we will be able to compare the income for the entire year to the expenses for the entire year.
The Committee and Mr. Massey discussed a number of issues the Building Department is dealing with.
