1.        Meeting called to order at 9:00 a.m.
2.        Public Comment
	None
3.        Grass River Natural Area
	Mark Randolph informed the Committee that the cleanup at the Hunt Club Property will be happening on March 7, 2008.  Mr. Randolph also informed the Committee of the different procedures for appraisals that he is using per grant rules. Mr. Randolph also indicated that there have been numerous snowmobilers and Cross country skiers at the park.
4.        Barnes Park
	Eileen Wallick indicated that we need to renew our contract with Rusty Barnes two more years unless the current contract stipulates otherwise.  Motion by Mike Crawford, supported by Gene Dawson, to renew the contract unless the current contract states otherwise. Motion carried - unanimous. The Committee gave Ms. Wallick the go ahead to run an ad for her to hire employees.  Discussion ensued over having a host site at the park.  The Committee asked her to advertise on the website to see if there is any interest.  Eileen asked the Committee to change the reservation charge to $10.00. Motion by Mike Crawford, supported by Gene Dawson, to raise the reservation charge from $5 to $10 dollars.  Motion carried – unanimous.
5.        Wetzel Lake Sign
	Joe Meyers presented the sign for the entrance at Wetzel Lake. Motion by Mike Crawford, Supported by Gene Dawson to approve the quote for $950.00 for the Wetzel lake sign and recommend finance approve.  Motion carried - unanimous.
