1.         Meeting called to order at 9:00 a.m.
2.         Public Comment/Trust Fund Public Hearing
	Gene Dawson opened the public hearing at 9:02 a.m. Motion by Mike Crawford, supported by Joe Allen to recommend the Board of Commissioners approve the attached resolution allowing for submittal of the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund Grant.  Motion carried – unanimous. Mark also handed out a proposal summary and gave a brief update regarding activities at Grass River Natural Area.
3.         Barnes Park Update
	Eileen gave her report regarding activities at Barnes Park and informed the Committee of the progression for the entrance sign at Wetzel Lake.
4.         Barnes Park Ordinance
	Discussion ensued over the Barnes Park Ordinance and the Petoskey Stone Festival.   The Committee indicated that they would like to have Sheriff Johnson speak with the Committee regarding enforcement of the ordinance.
