1.         Call to Order
	Meeting called to order at 9:14 a.m. by Rick Diebold.
2.          Election of Officers
	Motion by Laura Stanek, supported by Bob Peterson to keep officers the same as the Economic Development Corporation.  Motion carried – unanimous. Motion by Pete Garwood, supported by Jerry Simowski, to have the same dates and times as the Economic Development Corporation.  Motion carried – unanimous.
