1.         Call to Order
	Meeting called to order at 8:35 am
2.          Brownfield Presentation
	Brian Eggers gave a presentation on the different uses for Brownfields and their relationship to Land Banks.  Discussion ensued over Antrim County’s need for a Land Bank and Brian indicated that he would be more than happy to have Jim Linton from AKT Peerless work with us to figure out our needs with Land Banks.
