1.         Call to Order
	Meeting called to order at 9:42 a.m. by Rick Diebold.
2.         Minutes of the May 16, 2006 Meeting
	Motion by Pete Garwood, seconded by Jerome Simowski, to approve the January 16, 2007 minutes.  Motion carried - unanimous.
3.         Old Business
	None.
4.         New Business
	Pete spoke on the BRA and how we might have to look at “starting it up” again if NLEA finds some Brownfield’s in Antrim County.  Pete indicated that he will research the BRA rules for the next meeting.
