NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING
The Antrim County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed 2021 General Fund and Other Fund budgets at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2020 in the Commissioners Room, 2nd Floor of the Antrim County Building in Bellaire, MI. Members of the public wishing to participate in the hearing virtually via Zoom may do so by clicking here and entering "Antrim" when prompted for the password. Copies of the proposed budget will be available in the County Clerk’s office after noon on Friday, September 25, 2020.
The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the Proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing.

At their special meeting on June 18, 2020, the Antrim County Board of Commissioners voted to return to the regular meeting schedule beginning July 2, 2020. In light of Governor Whitmer's Executive Order 2020-154, which extends a previous Executive Order allowing public bodies to conduct public meetings remotely during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, meetings will be a virtual format utilizing Zoom webinar for virtual attendance.
The next meeting of the Board of Commissioners is scheduled for October 1, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. This meeting will be held in a hybrid format, with some members meeting in person in the Board of Commissioners Room and others utilizing Zoom webinar to attend virtually. Public Comment is welcome and encouraged. Those members of the public attending either in person or through Zoom via digital device or telephone will be given time to speak one at a time for no more than three (3) minutes. Public comments can also be emailed to the County Administration Office at firstname.lastname@example.org before 5:00PM on September 30, 2020 to be read aloud during the Public Comment portion of the meeting.

Construction Code Board of Appeals
Antrim County is seeking Interest Notification Forms for one (1) builder position on the Construction Code Board of Appeals. Applicants to the board are required to be licensed and qualified by experience or training in their respective fields.
Antrim County residents will be given preference.
Interested residents should contact the Administration Office at 231-533-6265 and request an “Interest Notification Form” or you may download the Interest Notification Form. Forms will be accepted until the board vacancies have been filled. Forms can be returned to the Administration Office, Antrim County Building, Room 204; via email at email@example.com; or by mailing to: Antrim County Administration Office, P.O. Box 187, Bellaire, MI 49615.
