Antrim County
MICHIGAN

Boards, Committees & Commissions

The Board of Commissioners is the county's governing body. The Board is the central policy-making body of the county and approves the county's budget.

At their January 2, 2019 organizational meeting, the Board of Commissioners voted to eliminate the four standing committees (Health & Public Safety, Buidlings, Lands, & Infrastructure, Administration & County Services, and Finance Committee of the Whole). The minutes from those committee meetings can be accessed using the drop down menu to the right on the Minutes & Agendas page.

A number of commissions & advisory boards have been created to assist the Board of Commissioners in various ways. Members of these commissions and boards are appointed by the Board.
